Bridal Event Pricing Schedule

Evening Event:

An evening event is scheduled from 2:00pm through 12:00 midnight, Friday and Saturday night, and from 2:00pm through 11:00pm, Sunday through Thursday nights. Set-up for caterers/entertainers shall be included in this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers and departure of guests must be completed ½ hour after the scheduled ending time.

Seated Rehearsal Dinner Friday or Saturday evening:

$ 750.00

Reception Friday, Saturday evening: $ 1000.00

Morning Event:


A morning event is scheduled from 8:00 am through 2:00 pm, Friday -Sunday.  Set-up for caterers/entertainers shall be included in this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers and departure of guests must be completed ½ hour after the scheduled ending time.

$ 750.00

 Total Due at Signing $ 250.00 for date secured

Standard Event Pricing Schedule

Hourly rate shall apply to any and all time used by Renter, including set-up of any and all vendors. Please make sure you schedule accordingly. All tear down of decorations, entertainment, catering, etc., must be completed within ½ hour of the scheduled ending time. Additional billing will apply for any additional time used.

Before 4:00 PM Monday - Friday (minimum 3 hours)

 Hourly Rate: $75.00/hour

After 4:00pm Monday – Thursday(minimum 3 hours)  Hourly Rate: $75.00/hour

Friday, Saturday / Sunday Rental (minimum 3 hours) 

 Hourly Rate: $100.00/hour

Total Due at Signing:

 $ 150.00 for date secured

 


Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of $250.00 or $500.00 (if well liquor served) will be taken as a separate check and held until a post-event inspection of premises is made and found to be satisfactory.

Full balance is due prior to event date for both Wedding and Standard Events.
